  • Participants in the Olympic Distance race must be 18 yrs old or older
  • Participants in the Olympic Distance Relay race must be 16 yrs or older
  • Age restrictions are based on age as of 31 December 2019
  • Relays for Olympic distance can be made of 2 or 3 people
  • The team captain registers all team members and pays for the whole team on registration form
